New to Launceston BeerFest for 2026, The Tassie Table brings the people, produce and flavours of Tasmania to life through live cooking, tastings and interactive masterclasses.

Curated and hosted by chef and Harvest Market manager Rhys Hannan, this two-day program celebrates our incredible local ingredients, the people who grow and make them, and simple ways to get more from Tasmanian produce at home.

Expect sizzling pans, incredible aromas, generous tastings, local makers, practical tips and plenty of personality. From New Year’s Meez live cooking demonstrations on 30 December to the playful Flavour Profiles masterclasses on New Year’s Eve.
